The new plant will be one of the most modern plants in Europe dedicated to the production of packaging for the dairy, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. Almost 6000 m2 will locate the only one in this part of Europe, present in the plant manufacturing packaging, clean room in D cleanliness class (ISO 8), in which printout, cutting and packing of aluminium foil for pharmaceutical industry will take place. The plant will also be equipped with flow cloak rooms which will oblige all employees to take showers before entering the production zone. ISO 22 000 and BRC IoP Quality Certificates will be recertified at the time of production relocation. The plant will also certify ISO 15 378 in Spring 2014. The new headquarters will include 7 print lines which will increase the present capacity by 40%. The investment will be completed in November 2013, and the production in new place is already planned since the beginning of January 2014. The new headquarters is a typical Greenfield project, it is located 1 km away from the built-up areas, however, thanks to its location of almost 3 km away from the exit of A2 Motorway, Pruszków junction, access from almost every part of Warsaw and the airport is convenient and fast.
