We finalized implementation of the budgeting function. Our entire company was divided into profit centers and cost centers. Budgets were formulated for sales, procurement and production, supplemented with budgets of responsibility centers and domain budgets. This allowed for decentralizing management functions and generating considerable savings in many sections.
