AVT system delivered to Formika printing-house was installed on the winder of the Polish Jurmet Company and, since the time of delivery, it is used for inspection of all products implemented by the printing-house located near Warsaw for the companies in the pharmaceutical industry. PrintVision/Helios II automatically controls the winder’s operation, stopping the device in place of a defect and thus allowing for cutting out or correction of the defective parts of the roll before delivery to the customer. 100 % control of the web allows for detection of the smallest printing errors, thanks to which, Formika may now offer even higher quality.
