Thanks to the new system, the output of our production departments increased substantially. This was possible through more optimized planning of production, analyzing production standstills and measuring productivity of individual employees in the strategic analyses module. The technology module standardized communication processes between departments and CRM allowed for more thorough analyses of customer needs.
