Within the framework of constant improvement of our company, we started to implement Lean Management with the use of such tools as SMED (quick changeover), 5S (workplace organisation), Suggestion System (employees’ ideas on how to eliminate waste) etc. We hope that after the programme, planned to take 3 years, we will be even more successful on the market.
