New laboratory. To address the needs of the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, we have opened a new laboratory. Thanks to this investment, we are able to provide our customers with an even higher quality and safety of our products. In the laboratory, quality control staff carry out numerous tests allowing for checking all technical, quality and endurance parameters of our products.

Optical instrumentation, such as inspection magnifiers and a microscope providing very high magnification allow for detecting all materials and overprint defects. The very high microscope magnification allows for examining the structure of the material from which the substrate is made with a possibility of photographing and instantaneously sending the image electronically to our partners.

A heat-sealing machine fitted with appropriate sealing heads of various shapes allows us to seal our products in conditions very closely approximating the production environment of our customers. Our lab is also equipped with a tensile testing machine. The samples tested in the machine are subjected to tear tests. The device serves for measuring the bond strength and endurance parameters of the laminated materials which we produce. Each test is illustrated by a graph presenting the product tensile parameters and a test report is drawn up and supplied to our customers with each batch of our products.

There are also tests of products for resistance to various sterilizing methods, such as sterilizing with hydrogen peroxide or autoclave sterilization. The products are sterilized in the manner relevant to the given product and are subsequently inspected for color parameters and ink adhesion.
