Nexus system

We acquired and implemented the Nexus system that possibilitates smooth tonal transitions and an enhanced printing quality. The system’s hybrid half-tone screen or its point increase optimisation have simplified any pre-printing preparations and the room’s work. Nexus, through worklow automation and the OPI LINK technology, improved our graphic specialists’ work. Assembling a batch, only a small EPS file, linked to 1-byte TIFF files, is used. Thanks to this, PostScripts for riping are much smaller and each single label of the batch results pixel by pixel identical. The system also enhanced printing quality by standardising it to the offset.. The entire installation was completed with the Proofmaster proofing using the Epson 3800 printer, thanks to which we are able to control the production process fully and the work outcome is predictable.
