INTEGRATION

Employees' Christmas meeting - December 2023

On 8 December 2023, we gathered with our employees for a Christmas Eve to celebrate the upcoming Christmas and to sum up our work in 2023.  How was it? Excellent! Just see the movie below!

Integration meeting - September 2022

Wanting to make up for the backlog caused by the pandemic, we organized an integration meeting for employees second time this year. This time it was a team-building in the form of an outdoor game "Expedition Express", organized in Nasielsk near Warsaw. It was an excellent time, full of not only competition, but also good cooperation and communication.

Integration Meeting - May 2022

After a long covid break, our Formika’s team participated in an integration meeting. We wanted to show that "TOGETHER WE CAN DO MORE". In engaging games, employees struggled with different challenges that could only be accomplished by good cooperation, communication and trust. It was a great day spent together. The whole team had the opportunity to get to know each other better and on different angles.

Picnic 2015

As part of annual integration meetings with our employees, on 31 May 2015 a picnic for the employees from our company was held. The topic of this year’s picnic was ‘SPORT’ and different sport disciplines. It was inspired by the great results of Polish sportsmen, who in 2014 achieved great successes in team games, such as: volleyball, handball and football. The employees could play both team and individual games, such as: basketball toss, target toss, target shooting, table football or darts. For our youngest guests, apart from traditional attractions such as slides, merry-go-round and playground, special sport disciplines had been prepared, which were supervised by professional entertainers. The adult participants could win kitchen and body care appliances and sport equipment, while for children there were typical tombola prizes and special prizes such as games, dolls and Lego blocks.

Thank you all for participating and for the great time together! We can’t wait until the next summer!

Disneyland Trip 2014

To award some of the employees for their contribution to the company’s development over the years, Formika organised a trip to Disneyland near Paris for them and their families. It took place between 11 and 14 September 2014 and the distinguished employees were:

1. Shift Manager in Printing Department (in the company since 1998)
2. Shift Manager in Printing Department (in the company since 1997)
3. Warehouse Manager (in the company since 2000)

The company paid all the costs of the trip: flight, accommodation in a hotel close to the theme park, full board, and provided the employees with extra pocket money.

Picnic 2012

On 23 June 2012 a picnic took place for employees and their families. This time it was a pirate picnic, which is why the attractions included a pirate ship, a cave of treasures and pirate ladders. For the youngest visitors there was a playtime corner with games, face-painting, toy blocks, pirate scarves and many other attractions.
We did not forget about our adult visitors, for whom we prepared a casino, where they could play roulette, poker or Black Jack. They could use the money in fictional currency they won to take part in an auction of prizes both for children and adults.

Thanks to beautiful sunny weather, everybody was in great spirits and the picnic was a family event with a very warm atmosphere.

Integration trip – June 2011

Between 17 and 18 June 2011 an integration trip for our employees took place. We went to TeamStrefa near Warsaw, which is a perfect place for such events. First, the employees were divided in several groups. Each of them had to complete tasks for which they obtained points. The competitions included: quad riding, building a raft and getting with the team to the opposite shore, zip slide, obstacle course and archery.

After completing the competition zone we went to lunch in the open air. Later on, the teams changed into appropriate costumes and the paintball ‘fight’ began.
Following a day full of open air competitions, there was time for an evening feast-like supper, during which the prizes and diplomas were distributed. Another surprise for the employees was the performance of Cezary Pazura. There was also a dancing and musical coverage, so great thanks to the band of Mateusz Ziółko. After midnight, we ate a roast pig and finally we watched a firework show.
